Stray Kids, the eight‑member South Korean boy band, did not submit any recordings for the 69th Grammy Awards, whose submission deadline was August 21. The lack of a submission was first reported on October 2 by Sports Kyunghyang and was later confirmed by a JYP Entertainment representative who said, "Stray Kids did not submit any work to the Grammys." Despite having no entries, all eight members have been invited to join the Recording Academy as voting members, giving them the right to participate in the Grammy voting process. The decision mirrors a similar choice made earlier by BTS, and it remains unclear whether it is related to the upcoming Asian Pop category.
