BIGHIT MUSIC released its third-quarter 2026 update on legal action against defamation, insults, sexual harassment, malicious attacks, and false information aimed at BTS. It said it is tracking posts on Threads, X, Instagram, and anonymous communities; some cases have resulted in fines through summary orders or court proceedings. The company also described a ticket-resale suspect accused of using illegal programs and other people’s identities to sell concert tickets at many times face value, earning about KRW 2 billion before being detained and referred to prosecutors. BIGHIT said it has cooperated with investigators from the start and will continue to accept fan reports through HYBE’s artist-rights infringement site without leniency.
