Taylor Swift has achieved her 16th career No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100 with the single Patient Zero from her 2025 blockbuster album The Life of a Showgirl. With the release of the new Encore bonus tracks, she has landed multiple tracks inside the top five of the chart. She now trails The Beatles all-time record of twenty Hot 100-toppers by only four songs as her historic chart run continues.
