On October 1, JTBC News reported that Kim Hye Yoon is in talks to star as the lead of the drama Iseop's Romance alongside Hwang Minhyun. Her agency, Artist Company, confirmed she received an offer, though her casting remains unconfirmed at this time. The series is based on a popular web novel about an office romance between a chaebol heir and a new employee. Previous potential leads Lee Jong Suk and Choi Yoon Ji previously stepped down due to scheduling conflicts. Kim Hye-yoon may thus take on this highly anticipated new television role pending final confirmation.
